Return window

You may request a return within 10 calendar days after the order is recorded as delivered. This 10-day period does not limit any longer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region. For example, eligible consumers in the European Economic Area may have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with original tags, accessories, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Personalized, made-to-order, perishable, hazardous, or hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened might not be returnable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Starting a return

Before sending an item back, email 653372914@qq.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what was ordered. When the return is caused by our error, REYWMER will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at 653372914@qq.com.

Order cancellations

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped. Any mandatory cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
