Terms of service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of www.reywmer.com and purchases from REYWMER. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Service area
REYWMER offers products to customers in countries and regions that are available for selection at checkout. Availability may change based on product, warehouse, carrier, and legal restrictions.
Eligibility and account information
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to keep your account credentials secure.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, specifications, and images accurately. Actual colors can vary by device. Products, prices, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products, subject to applicable consumer law.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount collected. Prices and shipping charges are shown at checkout, and customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or import charges unless collected at checkout.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Accessories are dispatched from China, while complete vehicle products are dispatched from our United States West Coast warehouse. Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to you.
Permitted use
You may use the site only for lawful purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without authorization, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, design, and software, are owned by or licensed to REYWMER and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the site for its intended purpose.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, shipping, analytics, and social media providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent required by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an available basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protection rights. Subject to those rights, REYWMER is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such limitation is permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary for legal, operational, or service changes. The revised date will be posted above. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse of the site, without affecting rights and obligations arising from completed purchases.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, together with the policies referenced on the site, form the agreement relating to your use of the store and purchases from REYWMER.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at REYWMER’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection rights and jurisdiction rules in the customer’s country or region continue to apply.
